Dino vfx

this is a project that i worked on about a year ago (which is i think is about 2 years of blender experience)
i don’t have any other passes and stuff because the file died or somthing. anyways, all feedback and constructive criticism appreciated, i know there is a little bit of clipping i didn’t notice when i made it.

I compressed it so that i can get it to load, apologies for it not looking the best.

by the way, i am thinking about starting again and re rigging the model. let me know if i should

if anyone see this i would like to know what you think

Despite the fact that I wouldn’t be able to do anything remotely like this, I feel like the Dino leans forward a bit too much when it stops. It looks like it should actually tip over.

Hi cae id. Thank you very much for your feedback, I really appreciate critical feedback, as it helps me produce better things. As for the leaning forward, I was not good at animating creatures at the best of time, let alone without a reference. It also takes some time for me to find the “feel” of a creature, which for the velociraptor I have found just recently. Anyways thank you for your feedback , I really appreciate it.

Did you use after effects for tracking that?

no i just used blender. it took quite a while though, because the footage was 6000 by 4000 pixels
