Created and animated in Blender 2.83.6, rendered with Eevee on a RTX 2070 gpu at 2k resolution, 60fps. 600 frames of animation in a loop. Post glare effects are done with the compositor nodes. I did run into some artifacting issues on certain frames when the glare/bloom reflected at certain angles to the camera, but I corrected those frames later. I presume they were caused by the volume effects and glare node. When glare node isn’t used, every frame rendered perfectly.
