I would like to make equal distance between all of these hexagons, like 0.01 more distance between all of them with equal spacing.
You could create space between them with use of this menu:
Select Individual Origins, scale all objects down a little, select Median Point, scale up a little.

That button just to the right of the pivot point menu lets you scale the distance between objects without scaling the actual objects.
