Do nVidia "SUPER" cards work with Blender 2.79?

I need to finish my project with Blender 2.79 (version from March 2019) Base RTX cards work perfectly fine with it, I wonder if I should expect some problems with new SUPER revision.

They are basically the same card, aka. the 2060Super is a slightly trimmed 2070, and so on.

Here is a benchmark set of differnet GPU’s including SUPER, showing that they work equally well.

While the super cards should work the same as regular RTX when RTX gets working with blender the RTX 2080 ti will still have a huge advantage over the 2080 super because the ti has way more tensor cores.

Thanks fot the info. I am aware of their performance, I am just not sure about their compatibility with older Blender versions. When RTX cards were released, Blender was not compatible with them and update was needed. But since SUPER is the same architecture it should work just fine. I hope.
