Dry stone wall in Southern Italy

This scene was created as a demo for a dry stone wall material I’ve been working on. It takes place in a Southern Italian hill. Here is the material:

And a clay render of the scene:

The material was created using Substance Designer. The scene was created and rendered using Blender 3.0 alpha.

In case you’re interested, the material that was used to create the wall (and a few others I’ve created in the last few days) is available for free on my Gumroad page. Hope it can be useful to you!

Nice. I would have darkened a little bit the texture and maybe put some moss and dirt on it. I know it’s carbonate (sono anch’io italiano, del sud per altro :stuck_out_tongue: ) but no dry wall in south Italy is so bright and clean. A parte questa piccola considerazione bel lavoro compaesa’

Thank you, and I do agree that the wall should have more layers of dirt and moss on it. To be fair, I originally just meant to make a rocky texture, but then I liked the result and put together a quick scene to test it.

Grazie a te per il commento

I featured you on BlenderNation, have a great weekend!
