yeah I did, first I modeled this nice head with the help of some yt tutorials and then with some sculpting and a little help of the lattice modifier i managed to do this character just like you said

I also rigged the face and body and iām planning to do a animation after some final touches

Whoa, lookin good! Try a female head next time. It was a challenging practice the first time I did a female face.
