hi guys, i need some help here !! 
could anyone tell me how to delete this edge loop, just the edge loop, without having this weird result ??
i hope the animated .gif could tell enough

.blend file would be more helpful, if taht’s no problem.
You can try to delete them manualy and buld faces from there.
I think you should de-select the two outermost edges of the edge loop (one inside the ‘eye’ and one on to of the head) before deleting the edge-loop. In fact in your case you only need to select a single edge.
Otherwise the vertex in the middle is removed as well leading to strange geometry/faces
