May I cautiously suggest that you simplify the “rocky geometry” on the top of the character’s hand. I think that it distracts from the idea that “this is his hand,” and to my eye doesn’t add much to the character. Even if the topology is still there, maybe it could be a little smoother and a little less “raised.” Merely a suggestion …
