Easy Question for 1000€ ! Symmetry and Mirror Question !

Hello , I´m finding my self with some troubles doing my character . The main problem is that i have been making the torso , and i cant make it symmetric . for example , i can´t make all the vertices or faces or segments be equal in in the right side of the torso and in the left side of the torso . Can someone please help me ? Thank you so much for your time

Select your vertices and press spacebar, search for Symmetrize, In the toolshelf or by pressing F6 you can select the symmetrize direction

Delete one half, add a mirror modifier. http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Modifiers/Generate/Mirror

If you have a symetrical object you can model with symmetry by enabling the X-Mirror option in the Mesh Option (In Toolshelf under Option tab while in edit mode) http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Modeling/Meshes/Editing/Basics/Mirror

If you are using sculpting there are also symmetry options you can enable in sculpt mode http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Modeling/Meshes/Editing/Sculpt_Mode#Symmetry_Menu

Thank you so much for your help ! i really appreciate it !
