Hehe! Nice! Other views might help to see him better, now the light is too soft to make out the shape. For example, I am not sure what’s up with his nose, but there is a funny shadow on it. The eyes need to be turned to the sides just a tiny bit (like real human eyes (see MRI image)), otherwise he appears to be looking at the tip of his nose 
Hair start a way too low too… forehead needs to be bigger.
Clothes are a way too lowpoly, it looks a bit like he is dressed in paper.
Just keep working and you’ll get there!
Thanks for the critique, I’ll need to watch out where I start the hairline next time, as well as make sure that lighting has a bit more contrast to better emphasize the forms of the character.
