Edit mode has gone missing!?

Hiya!

I’ve been working right along on this great tutorial and am nearly done with part 2, but now I cannot seem to get out of object mode and back into edit mode. Any ideas??

Not all objects have an edit mode. You probabably don’t have your mesh object selected.

…or, you have a mesh AND something else selected. Lights, cameras and some other things can’t be edited so, if one is selected you can’t enter edit mode.
