Eevee Ambient Occlusion Glitch/bug

There’s something wrong with AO in eevee for me. It seems almost like a Fresnel effect. My first guess was it was a problem with the normals, so I recalculated them. Nothing happend. The one thing that puzzles me is that the AO node still displays the accurate AO. I’m Currently running the Screen Space GI Build of 3.0 Alpha. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

That may just be a problem using and special build in an Alpha version…
Best guess…drop back to a previous version like 2.93 which works very well with AO in EeVee…
