Eevee: DoF generates unwanted lights in the darkness

Hello I’have these super weird lights appearing when shooting in the the darkness with DoF:

This is a very dark shot, but I can see these “white appearances” every time I’ve DoF and something in the shadow:

I know that Eevee has several issues with transparency, so I’ve made some try to verify that it isn’t a material-related issue. For example in this shot I changed the material of the grass itself to the most basic possible (no alpha, no ssr, no translucence) whereas the ground is completely opaque:

Moreover I had this problem with other material in other scenes.
I couldn’t get rid of them playing with the camera properties nor in the render properties.
The option “jitter camera” do improve (a little bit) the situation, but at the cost of other unwanted inaccuracies and bigger render time.

Have you ever experienced this problem? Where may I look?
What do you think in general about Eevee DoF? Should I stick to it and try to solve the issues? Or switch to a post-processing DoF workflow? Witch one, in case?
