Eevee viewport and render result look very different

My rendered scene

Your subdivision modifier is set to 6 levels in the viewport but only 2 levels in the render. Crank it up to 6 and it should look the same.

In my case the issue was that a light was set to hidden in the viewport but set to visible in the render. This is important: render view will respect light visibility settings, and so will the final render.
