I was bored so i made this scene.
I used camera mapping for the water,boats,trees and sky.
Any ideas to make it better?

I think that apart from the big pieces of rubble falling down there should be alot of smaller parts and maybe some dust flying around. Goodluck!

I don’t think I could see it breaking in that way, unless a lot of force was applied to the top of it, I think it’d more of try to fall downward at an angled.
Isn’t quite falling right. And it may actually be but that doesn’t look like the Seine.
This is the Seine i got the picture out off google
by the time the top section of the tower would reach that angle, the few steel supports that is seems to be attached to would be too weak to keep it in place (to keep it up, you have it kind of hinging on the corner), the top section would be already sagged down through the structure. I’d expect a lot of buckling 
maybe you could decide on the reason why the tower is breaking at that height, and what causes it. ( a plane? an explosion?) that makes the job of creating a convincing effect a lot easier and meaningful
