Just a little exercise of rig / animation and Lip Sync
I deliberately exaggerated the deformations to experiment a little ^^
The face is rigged with basics Shape Keys driven by bones. I used a deformation cage all around the head (for stretch & squash and more…).
The body is a personal rig finally close enough to Rigify.
I don’t know if you’ll like the result:D
I would love to have had this level of control in my rigs. It seems this style of animation has become really popular among animators. You see it a lot in the 11 second club entries. Without it things feel quite stiff and kind of video game like. Very impressive work 3dSaM.
