It’s not a likeness, this user uses ripped game models and then retextures them in Blender:

the model is from fortnite and i re textured it to make it look like the tx show so it almost looks drawn

Well, that would do it. I thought they were probably using Daz/Character Creator. At least they’re honest about it and not claiming they made it “entirely in Blender.”
