First of all, try turning OSA on at least 8 at the Render menu. Then, try modelling some fingers. Oh yeah, I may not be a girl, but I do know that those boobs are a little… spherical?
Try turning the specularity down on her skin, looks plasticy.
Nice job with the hair! How did you do it?

the hair?..that’s just a plane that i formed a bit to the shape of the head and then fract-subdivided :-? not too smart
