This has been the case since the 3.5 update. The console keeps throwing these errors, and I am unable to interact with anything. I have updated it to 3.5.1, but there is no improvement.

Yepp this is strange because it’s complaing about missing keymaps and the actual C-source-file where this happens… usually this is compiled in as default and only if you use a customized keymap this could be “missread” (??)…
If you have no special settings i suggest delete the 3.5 config ( or backup any in blender_directory_layout) and try again…
( Maybe even reinstall blender after deleting the config as a last resort !? …because… there is definitly something wrong… and at first try not to import any settings from earlier blender version… you can try this later by deleting the 3.5 config and starting a new blender35 instance…)
