We’re on the hunt for a talented 3D Generalist who thrives in Blender and Unreal Engine, and who’s
ready to bring real-world injuries, surgeries, and accident reconstructions to life with cinematic flair. This
isn’t just about great animation — it’s about creating visuals that help juries and audiences understand
life-altering events and the people affected by them. What you create truly makes a difference.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Build amazing things: Craft 3D environments, characters, and props — from surgical instruments
to crash scenes.
Animate reality: Simulate trauma mechanisms, surgeries, and more, using powerful storytelling
and clean design.
Design with purpose: Texture, light, and render immersive scenes that balance science and art.
Optimize like a pro: Keep scenes performance-ready without losing visual punch.
Solve visual puzzles: Dig into real case files and collaborate with our Creative Director to visualize
complex medical and legal scenarios.
Make an impact: Your work helps people who’ve suffered serious injuries get the justice they
deserve.
WHAT YOU BRING:
5+ years of hands-on experience in Blender and Unreal Engine
A strong eye for detail: anatomy, motion, light, color, realism
Experience with animation principles, rigging, storyboarding
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, ZBrush, Unreal Engine, Blender (or similar)
A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills — especially in remote setups
Bonus if you know how to rig mechanical devices or animate biped movement!
