Add a camera, select it, and press Control+Numpad Zero…
didn’t fix it.
I tried it with my existing camera, and it didn’t work. Then I added a new camera and that didn’t work either.
All scenes, even ones you aren’t using, must have a camera or this error will appear

I had made a new scene, and hadn’t done anything to it because I had gotten sidetracked fixing a bug I had found, thanks!
I had thought of this and was thinking I had put in a camera in each one, but I forgot about the empty one I hadn’t started on yet.
