Thanks much, I appreciate that. Someone on Reddit said the face looked to cartoony in comparison to the hand, so I think I’m going to try and sculpt in a few wrinkles and such on the face.

Oh no I would rather suggest the opposite…
Everyone has their own taste of course, but the folds in the hand are not the strongest point in my opinion.
I would soften or even remove some creases and concentrate mainly on the basic shape of the hand . Then everything will fit together well, the hand, the head and the interior…
