I would rather suggest the oppositeā¦
Everyone has their own taste of course, but the folds in the hand are not the strongest point in my opinion.
I would soften or even remove some creases and concentrate mainly on the basic shape of the hand . Then everything will fit together well, the hand, the head and the interiorā¦
