Exoplanet HAT-P-7b Kinda-Maybe

Hi Everyone,

I wonder what all these exoplanets that astronomers are discovering look like, some of which appear to be truly incredible. This render is my first attempt at imagining what exoplanet HAT-P-7b looks like on the surface. It’s a planet of corundum (crystalline aluminum oxide) which is a mineral that sapphires and rubies are formed from. Would like to add storms and aluminum oxide clouds but not sure how to do that yet.
