Fixed memory leaking, although it was not fully battle tested yet.
Again thanks everyone who reported bugs and helped with testing!
RC3 will be the last one - next week v1.0 for sure. Then weeks and weeks of polishing and new features, it is impossible to squeeze everything into release right away :expressionless:

As a round up there is too many things in TODO as well as in proposals:

  • Sorting and filtering
  • Notification system
  • Customizing tabs (default and order)
  • Better layout for build information
  • Smarter scanning of Library
  • Renaming of builds (at least custom ones)
  • Documentation :sob:

Those, who still experiencing memory leaking it will be fixed in a few days.
It seems only Windows related caused by one of the used modules, don’t know why it’s not fixed by devs.
I will try to replace it with another one and rewrite code.

Memory leaking seems to be fixed, on my tests I got maximum of ~40mb usage.

Can anyone confirm that tray icon click/double click is not working as expected sometimes?
It was a case in BVM as well, however no one ever reported such issue…
I use a hack for catching double click because there is no built in way to differentiate it from one click. The double click is always firing alongside with single one :expressionless:
I thinking of switching it to middle mouse so it would be precise and work on system level rather than using hacks.
It sounds controversial and not that obvious but such change should improve UX, any thoughts?

I suggest middle mouse if its more reliable, than using hacks +1

New thread served, so this one is closing.
For making things easier, I placed Blender Launcher under BVM gumroad page so all old customers have access to it. Of course it is always welcomed to buy again :relaxed:
