I try to use Blender on TabletPC, the keyboard is not accessible to me also hotkeys are not actual. At use of button ‘‘Extrude’’ moving is activated at once, but the pointer startig position in the interface, instead of in a 3D-view, so the pointer is in mile from object. Somebody solved such problem ?

Confirm the extrude right away. Then just move the cursor to where you want it and remove the selection.
