hello,
when I scale&extrude a circle, it grows propotional. now, I have a half circle and make a complete circle with mirror, clipping is on. When I now extrude&scale, I gets a oval or something.
How can I fix it?

Change your Pivot point from Median point (which would be in the middle of only the right half of the mirror object) to 3D cursor. Make sure the 3D cursor is center in the circle before you scale. Shift-C will center the cursor bake to the exact middle of the grid.
