Fabric Farm

Blender was a new playground for me. My first ever Blender project is the one
I call Fabric Farm and I’ve learnt so much during the making of it.

I love this. However did you get all those translucent little hairs on everything?

yay I love those materials ! Composition could be worked on a little more I guess, but great work !

hold on, have you done 3D before blender ?

Yes, except the leaves and pebbles:)

I love C4d and Arnold I have some projects I made in C4d. I pleased with the UV, hair and modelling methods in Blender. I guess recently I can create better shaders and renderings in C4d. So I have to learn more about Blender.

Good Work, background is fantastic! An animal is however missing in the canvas.

Excellent work! I love the way the lighting highlights the fibers on all the edges.

I was wondering all along where fabric is coming from, hehe. Nice concept, the rim light looks a bit odd to me, its just to bright.

Thanks! Btw I found a site from Yorkshire. They sell fabrics for suits and the preview images were perfect for textures

wow. i love this piece. How do you make that fabric look?

I found great fabric textures, I used normal maps and small hair simulation and I used kind of basic shader. Nothing special

i am really impressed! Also through the visual stop motion feeling.
i was wondering because i am a beginner in blender.
So for example the clouds are also just hair particles?

Well you played super nice on this new play ground. Super nice man for your first Blender project!!!

Thanks! Yes I used simple hair for the clouds. It has same shader like the moustache I guess.

Thank you!
