What is the problem here?
Have you applied merge by distance?
And sometime the Weighted Normal Modifier
could also help
yeah i always using merge by distance and i will try that modifier

you have some really long rectangular faces that aren’t flat, so you are getting shading issues. add another edge loop to cut those long rectangles in half, or flatten out those faces.
Yeah, that’s a non-planar face if ever I’ve seen one.
Add a support ring even closer to your pylon to minimize it.
if you want to truly fix it, your going to need to overhaul your topology.
