actually i dont think ther is something you need to add, she looks good enough to me,
the secret of realistic aslo depend on texturing and lighting, so far your model looks great , my be her eyes looks a little bit big, and odd but it,s not a problem,humens are not alike ,

The materials and textures are very detailed and I like the facial features.

I think the eye texture doesn’t match. Something about the iris doesn’t look real , and the pupil might be too large.

Changing up the lighting could also help the realism.

Thanks for the reply. I go change eyes and rework needed on hair.
