I’m working on making this for a game project. My brother did some concept art. Here is what I’ve got so far. Looking for any feedback.
Also new to “showing off models” so any pointers on the would be great as well.

Based on the poly count in the upper right hand corner, that is too many polys for a game. The fine details on the hand wrap for example can usually be faked with textures. To see what I mean check out this here http://my.deviantart.com/art/Hand-Painted-Low-Poly-Axe-357270433 That could be because you have subsurf on too which is also not a good idea for a game model.
You of course don’t have to go that low poly, but the general idea is only keep vertices that help hold the silhouette (i.e. how it looks if you make it a shadow and rotate about it.
You otherwise appear to be modelling fine, though we can’t see the wires to confirm. Surfaces and normals look good and the reference was well followed.
I hope that helps.
I know its too high poly now planned on retopoing to bake normal maps to it. I really have no ideal to show the wire frame in a good way.
Maybe this will show it off better.
The top part is going to be organic.
