For my first grade illustration students at Brassart school, I’ve made this Marvelisation exercice.

Goal is to find an old hero or vilain in classic French comics or literature before 1950, and act as Marvel or DC needs a new IP and adapt design and overall look to something actual.

Hope the theme will inspire them.

My example is based on Fantax a superhero from a 1946 comics.

Base made on Blender.
Photobash, overpaint and postwork on Photoshop.
