Hi everyone!

Try setting the alpha Blend to Alpha Clip (primarily used when you have an Alpha Mask as you do) But Hair usually looks best using Alpha Hashed ( EeVee especially)
You can also switch that from the Alpha Slot to Color if it isn’t a purely Black and White image ( this will work well if using EeVee)
To adjust for glowing edges or transparency adjustments drop a Color Ramp between the Principled and the Alpha Mask …
This is a bit different as It doesn’t use a Mask but the Alpha Channel and also Vertex Color… but still hair cards…
I tried first method(changing to Alpha Clip): did not help.
I do not know how to achieve other ones. I triedto find (Mix Vertex Color, Mix Vertex Alpha nodes but i Couldnt) Sorry I did not mentioned that I am into blender for 5 months, kinda beginner.
Thank You for your Help!
Any simple ways to achieve this?
As I said…try switching the noodle from Alpha up to Color out of the material in this last screen you showed…also to help diagnose…show me the actual set of textures for the hair, the Diffuse, and the one plugged into alpha…don’t need to see any of them if switching the noodle doesn’t help…
No, you won’t find those nodes as they are custom nodes I made just for that set of models I used vertex colors for… ( on reflection …probably not the best image to show the nodes just the first one I grabbed…that I knew to use hair cards and also a simple setup…
Maybe this is a bit better…it is used as there is no alpha channel in the hair Diffuse Map and the background of the texture is a dark red… So instead there is an Alpha Mask…and that is used as the Factor to what is transparent and what gets displayed…combined with the Alpha Hashed makes up this hair shader…
So try this as it is just about the easiest way to get hair displayed when all else fails…
If you split the windows as I have done and set one to be the image editor you can view the image and if you change the display to Alpha far Right and Last icon on the top bar Looks like a Square split diagonally with a Positive/Negative … You can check if the image has an alpha mask ( B/W image) or just an Alpha Channel ( ALL WHITE ) Usually if there is a mask in the Diffuse alpha channel, the color image will show with a checkered back-ground…like when you make the background transparent in the 3d viewport…
Here is the image:
Link to Blender file.
The problem might be Gray Texture instead of black.
Black Texture works great but I cannot achieve it with Gray Texture.
Yep…there was supposed to be an Alpha Mask for that somewhere…as the background of the textures is not consistent…so makes it very difficult…
so use these 2 textures…for Hair and Beard…( don’t know if others are missing…)
This should get you going to what it should look like…Use the B/W and plug Color into Alpha on the Principled… Alpha Clip Works well…
also, you are using the wrong file for Hair…it should be blonde, see if you have that one…
I only looked at the hair and beard…so there may be problems later on…
