hello all, i’m very new to 3D modeling. I’ve spent about 3 weeks learning the basics of blender and decided I wanted to try and model a furry character. TBH I don’t really know how to model a character never done one before but i’m willing to struggle and learn as a go in hopes it will make me better at it. So here is what I have so far. What i’m trying to do with this model is make it cute and pleasant to look at. please let me know if any things stands out or looks strange. thanks in advance.

you forgot the eyes LOL. and the neck its too box shaped
I don’t know how to do eyes yet. still learning things as a go.ill spend some time tomorrow learning about eyes.

I suggest you start with a simple design – I know some people here are showing off renders that almost look like photos, but maybe start with a cartoon character, then you can work your way up.
