I spent a lot of time researching topology to make this hand the best possible for animation:


Hi guys, this is my first post, YAY!!!
I’m doing a base mesh using just the box modeling technique for practice purposes… Yeah, I have some regrets, BUT I think it’s looking good, what do you think?



I tried hard to do a good topology:

I’m planning to sell this model or make it available for my patrons (that I don’t have yet lol) when I finish it, so please help me and give me your opinion!

Like to see more detail but it looks good.

You could narrow the hand width and thin the thumb to make it even better.

Yeah I know there’s a lot of awesome base-meshes out there, I don’t plan to compete with the masters, actually, the idea is to make this model available on Patreon for a small price (Idk yet, but something like 5$ tier should be nice) as well as other models I’ll do in the future, so the people can have access to this and many other works.

I want to completely rig the model and make some nice textures, you know, make her look cute :P. This will be basically my test zone, where I’ll practice the process of character creation, but, if it looks good enough, why not release it on the internet.
