Female Head

Hi everyone! This is my first work here, and I would like to hear your feedback, comments and critics.
This project was made in blender 2.79.

The materials can be improved. The nose is very damaged–is it supposed to be like that or are those supposed to be pores? If so they need to be smaller like the rest of the face.

The face complexion is too pale. Areas like the forehead and cheeks have no gloss. The skin overall looks doughy. Skin tends to reflect a bit like you’ve done at the tip of the nose and under the eyes.

Moles tend to be very diffuse and not shiny.

I like the subsuface scattering you have going on but the effect is too much on the nose. An effect of that intensity would only happen if she had a flashlight very close to her. I think the effect on just the edges would look better.

The hair is too uniform. The strands are too neat so break that up a bit.

It’s a good run and I think you can really improve it by working on the skin material and hair.

I’m no expert on skin so I’d recommend you check out these links, 80.lv is good resource and Saurabh Jethani had detailed face breakdowns.
