Hi there, just joined the community.
This is my current project. I plan to model the full interior and maybe the full engine, I’ve almost finished the exterior. Thanks for any tips and suggestions!

You’ve got a great start there!
A couple of details:
Hard to tell from your angle, but be sure the naca duct shape is correct.
Also, note that the leading edge doesn’t overlap the door frame.
On the side intake - the edge around the opening to the engine will be completely smooth; you have some sort of odd edge happening there.
Also, they have thickness, so be sure to not leave them “1 face thick’”; they aren’t simple “holes” that just end; the intake becomes painted matte black, and is a tunnel that flows into the engine bay assemblies.

Also - on the rear wing: it’s a very smooth surface contour, not like a modern “sport spoiler” with distinct sections.

Done some progress with the front end internal. Got quite a few headaches with KI but Headlight is now rigged!

You’re actually modeling the actuators, harnesses and brackets…? - you’re a crazy person ;).

LOL fact is this is so much fun that it’s easy to be carried away!
Wow, its coming along well, once you get to the engine, though, I recommend maybe looking at @minamookevlar’s sketchbook My Sketchbook for 2024 [MM] - #31 by KDLynch, because he is undertaking a similar project and at this time is working on the engine and is being very precise with it.

LOL No, as far as ownership is concerned, I’m afraid I’m stuck with the poster on my bedroom! I just happen to be pretty obsessed with this car since I was a kid This is a bit on hold right now as I got involved in other projects going, but I hope to make some progress in the near future!
