Final Render does not match viewport render

I am trying to do floating halos with my animation. I have used halos being emitted from a plane. A cube as a domain and a point density attached to an emission shader. The normal viewport render comes out how I want it too but the render becomes a distorted mess. How do I fix this?? I appreciate the help.

Your rendered image is only set to be 192 x 64 pixels in size (Render / Dimensions panel) so is going to be very pixellated.
