Fine tuning walk cycle keyframes?

Hi all,
I’m pretty new to animating in Blender, and it’s been a very hair-pulling adventure. I’m playing with retargeting a walk cycle from deep motion onto a mesh (which works so far) but the issue I’m having is with fine tuning. The arms are clipping the torso, so I’d like to simply rotate the arms outward at the shoulder. Is there some way to apply this new rotational value across all key frames? I haven’t found a solution yet.

Thanks in advance for any help, you are saving me some gray hairs lol

Probably, but it’s quite difficult to say without access to your armature. Even screenshots would help, a blend file would be great too

You can layer animations on top of others using the NLA editor. Adding a layer with your adjustments on top of the existing walk cycle should do what you need.

Working with the NLA can be a bit tricky. This video explains some of the details:

The last chapter (at 11:31ish) talks about layering things.
