FK arms on the Judy free rig

Hi, I downloaded this beautiful character rig that I can open in my old Blender 2.79 (I only have an old laptop that cannot handle above versions) :

Does anyone knows how can I activate FK arms?

I can display the FK arm via the Custom properties panel, but I can’t find the FK controllers anywhere.

that’s an old rig and not sure what blender version are you using but hope this will help

Thanks, I am on version 2.79, I can activate the layers for the FK rig,
