Flip Fluids - surface as obstacle not working properly

Hi. I am setting a surface as obstacle (is planar active) and the normals are correct.
The water will bounce at a X distance from the obstacle.

Also I tried to use the obstacle option within the domain tab. Just set it to bottom in order to simulate my shower floor…same problem , the water will bounce far from the bottom surface of the domain.

Did you experience this ? is this a bug?
