Fluid domain still visible after baking

I’ve baked a short fluid animation but the domain hides everything else when it’s not playing. I’ve baked both data and mesh, but I have to render the scene “twice”, one with the domain visible and one with it being hidden.

Under the physics tab… are these two icons checked?
I think (I’m a newbie) that this toggles on and off visibility of the domain…

If you create a cube and got to ‘object’ quick fluid it should create a simulation with the components added including an ‘invisible’ domain
