Hi guys, I’m trying to make an animation of an uncork of a bottle of champagne, but the only thin I can achieve is an initial spray that become a thick tube of liquid. I can’t understand how to make the liquid inflow thinner and more particles.
the flow must be more random… Scaling the inflow object doesn’t reduce the width of the fluid and make it more instable
this is an example
thanks for the help
Marco
Maybe use the fluid sim for the main flow and a particle system (or two) for the spray.
Yes, ok! I found that i can add particles to fluid sim to add the spray effect but the main fluid flow is still a tube of gel flowing out of my bottle! how can i give it some turbolence? if possible
mmmh something like this!
Thanks
I saw this post because I was looking for similar direction for a project I’m working on. I didn’t even think of adding a particle system to the spray (duh). Great idea. But to get a realistic splay to go with it, did you check out Andrew Price’s tut? http://www.blenderguru.com/tutorials/create-a-realistic-water-simulation/#.VJn1EaACbg? I haven’t watched this one yet as it is a bit dated but it looks like a pretty good result to start with. Good luck if you haven’t figured this out already.
