I’m running Ubuntu 11.04 64bit and Blender 2.57b also 64bit. However, when I’m trying to build a fluid simulation, things go haywire. All the domain objects I create spawn fluids inside them and can’t be worked with, and this happens even with files that contain good setups. Am I doing something wrong? Is that a bug or something?
try watching a tutorial on fluid simulations, in fact before posting problems watch a tutorial. theres one on blenderguru.com or there are a couple on blendercookie.com. you’ll find that its just part of the way in how it works
For the fluid object, select the mesh in Edit mode and click Recalculate outside.
