Fluid Simulation: Way to keyframe enable/disable obstacle object? (blender 2.8 beta)

Hello everyone! :slight_smile:

Was wondering if you could keyframe an enable obstacle property and a disable obstacle property to turn on and turn off the simulation of the obstacle in the fluid sim. Can anyone help me out?

Would using a control with a small attraction radius and atttraction strength be a work around?

What you can do is quickly scale the collision object to zero, to remove it’s influence from the scene.

You may experience a velocity bump when you do this.

Was curious about the velocity bumps, are there general strategies to work around the “velocity bump” (even if you use a Squared/constant F-curve")?
