fluids simulation and IPO curves

HI,
How can I use IPO curves to change gravity diuring the animation. When I press I in the fluids simultation panel, the options don’t correspond, and when I select one of them, no key is added in the IPO window in the fluidsim context.
An other question that could help me if the first method doesn’t work : Is it possible to modify the shape of the baked mesh with a lattice? I tried, but it doesn’t work.

In the IPO window, LMB-select Grav X,Y or Z and Ctrl-LMB to ‘draw’ your IPO Curve.
