For neon project, is-there a way to have only the outline of the font?

Hello

I have some neon files to do, is-there a way to have only the outline of the font (to then transform it to curves with a bevel to make the neon/tube) ?

I tried different options:

  • extrude, the delete faces and keep only the outline = very long to do
  • import illustator svg font, same process like above = very long too

It must be exists a smart trick, or a node ?

Try setting the curve as 2D, and use a fill mode of NONE.
