(sorry if this post doubles up but my last thread seems to have not worked)
Is there a way to force all individual vertices in a selection to snap to the closest grid?
For eg if I have a mesh where I want all vertices to sit in positions where their coordinates are all whole units forcing any translation smaller than a whole unit to be lost and all meshes on the 1 unit grid.
Select your vertices and hit shift+s. A menu with snap options should open. Choose “selection to grid”. You can also find this in the 3D window header: mesh>snap>selection to grid. The vertices get snapped to the closest grid point. The grid size depends on your zoom level, so zoom in if you want them to snap to a smaller grid point, zoom out if you want them to snap to a bigger grid point.
