Thanks! I used the Sun Beams node in the Blender Compositer for the godrays.

Nice work. The only thing that bothers me is that the road section seems relatively short and too wavy in relation to its length. Furthermore, it’s overly damaged I think. You should use some better reference images maybe. But I’m just a grump some times. Keep it up!
