I am an industrial designer. This is a plug-in I made for my workflow. In addition to directly importing the rendering mesh in Rhino into blender, it can also transfer the layers in Rhino to blender. , convert the layer into a collection or an empty object. If you have the same workflow, you can give it a try!

Quickly export Rhino models to Blender and retain the layer structure in Rhino. The layers in Rhino will automatically be converted into collections or parent empty objects in Blender!

This addon can not work in Rhino8,This is not addon`s problem, it is a rhino 8 problem. Need to wait for rhino to fix it. See here for details.

saw this on the other post, seems cool, still have to try it myself.

the demo is hosted on bilibili and without an account you canā€™t choose a resolution higher than 360p, i would suggest uploading it to a different host,
